SceneShift customer policies
MAKE THE SHOT.
KEEP IT RIGHT.
These rules protect the people in the frame, the work behind the footage, and the trust required to make a great scene.
01
Consent & identity
- You may upload only your own likeness, or another person’s likeness when you have that person’s explicit documented permission.
- No impersonation, deception, harassment, fraud, non-consensual intimate content, or misleading political or public-interest content.
- We do not accept requests involving minors, public figures, or any person who cannot provide clear adult consent.
- SceneShift may request proof of consent and may reject any request that appears unsafe, deceptive, unlawful, or rights-infringing.
02
Footage & templates
- Only original, properly licensed, or customer-owned footage is eligible.
- Do not submit studio film clips, TV scenes, music videos, copyrighted trailers, or third-party templates unless you can show that you have the rights to use them.
- You are responsible for the rights in the footage and likeness you submit.
- SceneShift’s service is not a license to use third-party intellectual property.
03
Delivery, retention & privacy
- For Cinematic Spark, our target delivery is under 15 minutes after an eligible request is accepted. Timing is not guaranteed when review, queueing, or technical issues apply.
- Where the product flow supports it, we provide private delivery and an expiring download.
- We retain uploaded source media and final renders for up to 30 days after delivery, then delete them from active storage unless a longer retention period is legally required or you ask us to delete them earlier.
- We do not use customer uploads to train public models or promote SceneShift without your separate written permission.
04
Refunds, rejections & revisions
- If SceneShift rejects your request before rendering because it violates these rules, we issue a full refund.
- If an eligible paid render cannot be completed because of a SceneShift technical failure, we offer a rerender or a full refund.
- Once an eligible render has begun, purchases are non-refundable except for a material delivery or technical failure.
- Cinematic Spark includes one rerender for a clear technical defect—not a change of face, footage, concept, or template. Make the request within 7 days of delivery.
- Director’s Cut includes one scoped revision. New creative direction or new footage is a separate order.
05
Subscription credit policy
- Blockbuster Pass provides five credits per monthly billing cycle.
- Credits do not roll over and expire at the end of the billing cycle.
- Cancellation stops future renewal. Access and remaining current-cycle credits stay available through the paid billing period.
06
Enforcement
- SceneShift can refuse, cancel, or refund an order that violates these policies.
- Before purchase, you must confirm that you have consent and the rights to all media you submit.
